Das Versagen von EUgH und dem Bundesverfassungsgericht bei den vorhandenen Grundrechtseingriffen und insbesondere der massive Bruch mit dem Nürnberg Kodex durch Gerichte ist fatal. Gerichte haben durch aus die Möglichkeit Dinge bei Dringlichkeit an sich zu ziehen und nicht auf den Formalweg zu verweisen. Es sind inzwischen hunderte von Klagen auch in Deutschland eingereicht worden. Das wegschauen der Richter wird fatale Wirkungen haben und die Menschen radikalisieren.
