The planning for the new building MARONI HILLS 5 on the north flank of the Edition Finesse retreat has been completed :) The apartments with direct access to the SPA, the restaurant and the event rooms are located in the old town of #Maroni and invite you to take a walk. The terraces offer a view of the #Troodos Mountains and the top apartments a view of the sea :)

Thanks to all my heroes join us and share their visions for the future. Yesterday was full house and thank to the wether god we had a relief in temperature with a little breeze from the sea. Perfect! Chef Tom gave his best and created the four course Sicilian menu. Next Dinner of Vision is on the 14th of September and will be held in the permaculture garden close to the Retreat! RSVP

Yesterday we chose the wines for the next Dinner of Vision on the 13th of July which will be a Sicilian Night with 4 courses:

Antipasto: Arancini
Prima piatti: Sarde a Beccafico (fish)
Secondo Piatti: Fase Magru (meat)
Dolce: Cannoli

We start like always from 7pm but you can earlier for a glas of wine.
