We have put our chicken house into operation 🙂 We have been tinkering with it for a long time. We have built a new home for chickens with a sea view using old dismantling material from our construction sites. From now on there are eggs from our own #permaculture 🙂

#truffles will be in the center of my July menu of the Club Edition Finesse we do fresh pasta in the #parmesanwheel and truffles. Also we have #mashedpotatoes with truffes and #tenderloin steak. Wine of the month is #Mavro from 100 year old trees fermented in #amphora and 6 month in barrel. All cooked with bio oliveoil by To Pervoli and vegetables from the #permaculture
